The following general terms and conditions apply:

Below you will find the conditions that apply in the event of cancellation. The amounts and percentages shown must be paid by you.

Cancellation policy:

• In the event of cancellation or modification within 14 days prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
• For cancellations or changes made up to 14 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
• If you do not show up (no-show), the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
• You must pay the total amount upon arrival in cash, by debit card, or by credit card (with a surcharge). No refunds will be given after payment.
